About the Role

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of 150+ global Professional Services team members, including business analysts, implementation consultants, project managers, , technical account managers and advanced support consultants, developers, quality analysts, and data engineers.

  • Lead a services organization focused on both implementation and ongoing value-added services to our customer base that spans from small non-profits to large corporations

  • Drive innovation in service delivery, identifying opportunities for new services, process improvements, and technology enhancements.

  • Lead the development of new service offerings, from conception to launch, building out the business case and gaining stakeholder buy-in.

  • Optimize a strategy that creates a fungible services delivery model in a multi-product, multi-segment business model

  • Lead the process of building a multi-year vision and strategy for Professional Services as a force multiplier for Bonterra

  • Consistently deliver a balanced P&L, via margin and utilization optimization, and customer-centric execution and project delivery

  • Provide coaching and guidance to help each PS leader to grow and optimize their business and offering portfolio.

  • Deeply understand the needs of our customers / social good space to propose additional service offerings that advance customer adoption and increase the value of our Bonterra products

  • Ensure PS is a strategic selling asset for our field, and a strong partner to product, success and support bringing the customer voice to bear on the evolution of our products

  • Sponsor major projects, escalations, and complex customer engagements.

  • Embrace innovation by being on the cutting edge of AI adoption and automation to drive increased efficiency, improve TTV and positively impact the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience leading services delivery across Commercial and Enterprise segments – experience delivering upon P&L expectations in a $300M+ SaaS company preferred in a multi-product, complex business.

  • 10+ years of experience defining and evolving delivery methodology and definitions of roles and practice teams in a Professional Service environment.

  • Experience working with Certinia, Salesforce, Monday.com, preferred

  • Ability to influence across the C-Suite with desire and ability to lead in a highly-complex environment

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate globally distributed, high-performing teams

  • Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.

  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive organizational growth and impact.

  • Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Offshore and Partner/Channel delivery experience highly desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline; MBA preferred
