- Drive product discovery processes, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Break solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to be discussed and estimated by an agile team.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform ongoing improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered design and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
- Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills through product briefs, presentations, training materials and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on B2B or B2BC SaaS products.
- Experience owning data-heavy features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI or complex business logic.
- Familiarity with health risk assessments, scoring models, or predictive analytics (not required, but helpful).
- Strong ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Expertise in product discovery, including conducting market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
