JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a Digital Marketing Automation Manager to drive our demand generation strategy through marketing automation, intent data orchestration, and paid media campaigns. The successful candidate will leverage marketing technologies to create targeted campaigns that convert high-intent prospects into qualified opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Automation & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute multi-channel automation workflows for top-of-funnel lead generation
  • Build and optimize targeted campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
  • Develop lead-scoring models using intent data, demographics, and engagement metrics
  • Create personalized nurture programs aligned with buyer personas and intent signals

Paid Media & Advertising

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) and social platforms
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion paths
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights

Analytics & Campaign Optimization

  • Track cross-channel campaign performance and provide ROI analysis
  • Build comprehensive attribution models connecting intent signals to conversion outcomes
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports to inform strategy optimization

Platform Management & Integration

  • Manage marketing technology platforms (ZoomInfo, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation, CRM, and data platforms
  • Design and document automated workflows and campaign architecture

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to align strategies with business objectives
  • Support sales development by delivering and optimizing qualified lead processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with 2+ years specifically in marketing automation
  • Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and intent data platforms (e.g. ZoomInfo)
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analysis, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and marketing technology integration
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing automation platform certifications
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications
  • Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools
