Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on location, experience, skillset
This position is open to all states within the United States. The ideal candidate is located on the East Coast, preferably in or around the Orlando, FL or surrounding territory.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Relationship Coordinator generates leads, schedules sales appointments, and engages clients professionally to promote the company’s offerings. They collaborate with sales and marketing teams, share client insights, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth client introduction process. Success in this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective time management, proficiency in CRM tools, a knack for research, cold-calling expertise, the ability to work independently while achieving outreach and appointment-setting goals, and the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential business clients in industries such as hospitality, multifamily, fitness, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients through online research, industry networking, and referrals.
Cold Calling and Outreach:
- Initiate cold calls and emails to engage potential clients, introducing the company’s services and value propositions.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure consistent communication.
Appointment Coordination:
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to visit client properties and conduct on-site assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps.
Client Communication:
- Professionally engage with clients at all levels, from facility managers to executive leadership.
- Provide clear and concise information about the company's offerings, demonstrating value and professionalism.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
- Share client feedback and insights to refine and improve sales tactics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to confidently approach potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak professionally to all client levels.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and basic research techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving appointment-setting and outreach goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B industries such as hospitality, multifamily, or fitness.
- Experience in sales coordination or business development.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software or platforms.
