What we're looking for

We are looking for a skilled people leader who is comfortable navigating a production based environment and leading teams to success. This leader is comfortable pulling up to the Director level but also not afraid to get into the weeds. They will help to develop and implement process changes across sales, ops, product and more to improve the customer onboarding experience.

This position will support West Division markets and teams. Candidates must be located within the general area and able to regularly drive to local properties. More information in the Working Conditions section below. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

What you'll do

  • Manage and coach a team of leads through clearly defined success metrics
  • Scale the teams as needed and facilitate training and coaching for high performing employees
  • Support, create and regularly evaluate the development of process changes to continue to find efficiencies
  • Support, create and regularly evaluate product developments to continue to build on a great customer journey
  • Support, create and regularly evaluate analytics and reporting developments to measure SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Support, create and regularly evaluate kick off & go live call initiatives for improved owner NPS
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Education

  • College degree or equivalent experience required

Technical Skills

  • Team leadership experience; Remote team leadership experience a plus!
  • Demonstrated communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset to drive reporting needs
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
  • A bias toward action: preferring to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • A track record of taking ownership over projects and helping them succeed: you make solid judgments, have good intuition, and reach decisions quickly
  • Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Professional communication in email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, face-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Prior management experience
  • G-Suite experience
  • Attention to detail

Compensation

  • $50000 - $73000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.
