We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing Finance team. This role will drive accounting discipline, design and enforce internal controls, and help drive process improvements.
What you'll do
- Play a fundamental role in the financial close process including providing key analysis of the monthly results for their area of focus
Ensure compliance with GAAP for their respective accounts and create and enforce accounting policies and memos as required
Implement process improvements and adaptation of a new accounting principles and software
Oversee and maintain accounting compliance records and provide audit responses
Review reconciliations meticulously and present results to stakeholders monthly
Enhance the organization’s ability to automate reconciliations
Manage and develop direct reports

Skills you'll need
- Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred
- Technical Skills
- 4+years of accounting or auditing experience
- Experience managing and developing a team of professionals
- Strong understanding of GAAP required
- Experience using NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to make process improvements
- Adaptability
Compensation
- $90000 - $120000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.
