What we’re looking for:

As Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the internal use of Vacasa’s Salesforce solution.. This is a hands-on technical position that requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and sales processes. As the Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with various departments across the organization to enhance and improve our Salesforce system, perform ongoing maintenance, provide daily support to our internal teams, and lead future improvements and integration projects. In addition to supporting the business functions you will work closely with the product engineering team to define, test, launch, and support new capabilities within the custom Salesforce development product space.

What you'll do:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet the daily needs of our staff and to support strategic projects
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain customizations of Salesforce to meet evolving business needs
  • Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of users, roles, and permissions
  • Partner with the product engineering team to troubleshoot system integration and functionality issues for prompt defect resolution
  • Assist with the change management and release processes of Salesforce
  • Provide quality assurance testing of new capabilities and integrations coming out of the product delivery team
  • Develop custom reporting to provide necessary operational insights to the business and scripts for supporting configuration changes at scale
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce for future customizations and integrations

Skills you'll need:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom reports, configurations and permissions
  • Experience building relationships with vendors and managing them throughout projects
  • Attention to detail.
