Vacasa is looking for creative, skilled, and empathetic Homeowner Experience Agents that can successfully bridge the gap of at home casualness with the experience our guests demand. Compensation

  • $48,100 - $54,725 / year

What you'll do

  • Foster strong and lasting relationships with owners/investors, assuming primary responsibility for owner retention.
  • Use a solution-oriented mindset to de-escalate high-tension situations in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate and maintain healthy partnerships with peers, leaders, and individuals from other departments.
  • Become knowledgeable with a high level of retention of information on all aspects of the Vacasa offering – listing strength, utilization, rate management, license/tax compliance, and overall property management processes.
  • Effectively communicate Vacasa’s offerings and influence clients as to why having particular programs/products in place will be of benefit to them..
  • Work proactively with owners to remove barriers that reduce bookings and lead to guest experience issues.
  • Respond in a timely manner to owner questions/issues and offer rapid solutions, working with other Vacasa departments like Revenue, Sales, Field Operations, and the Guest Experience team.
  • Perform “campaigns” as assigned, to reach out to specific segments of owners with targeted solutions, needs, and opportunities; report on the progress and results of these campaigns.
  • Other duties, as assigned

What you'll need

  • Must be experienced and savvy with all forms of technology, Google Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM solution experience preferred. Strong spreadsheet skills are required.
  • Problem-solving and a service mentality are a must.
  • Due to the type of client this role caters to, communication skills must be polished and professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • A passion for customer service, hospitality, and communication.
  • Attention to detail
  • 2-5 years of work experience in account management and/or a customer service role, managing large customer portfolios.
  • Experience in hospitality, particularly in the vacation rental space, is a plus
