What we’re looking for

Jeeves by Vacasa is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to our guests and owners, you will help us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes. The right candidate for this role will have a passion for hospitality, a customer first mentality, and a “can-do” attitude. Jeeves by Vacasa sets the standard for vacation rentals by offering hotel style amenities, 24/7 service, concierge, and personalized experiences. Jeeves guidelines also require most homes to have updated or new interiors, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, private pools, and resort access for the most popular resorts in the Orlando area. At the end of the day, owner and guest experience is what matters and anything we can do to help make it a POSITIVE one is what we do!

Compensation

  • $20 / hour

What you’ll do

  • Renovation and repair work to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture repair, and more
  • General maintenance and repairs as assigned
  • Provide breakdowns of time spent and equipment used for charging purposes
  • Meet and maintain Jeeves by Vacasa standards and metrics such NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency to a high standard
  • Perform home maintenance (appliance/ cable/ wifi troubleshooting, basic HVAC repair, light plumbing, etc)
  • Ensure the property is ready and presentable for the next guest's arrival
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team
  • Provide cross-coverage for your team members when necessary
  • Maintain good working conditions and ensure luxury home appearance and report to your manager when there are items of concern.
  • Meet and maintain Jeeves by Vacasa’s Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the homes you enter

The skills you’ll need

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - tablets and mobile devices and possibly a laptop
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as texts, phone calls, phone calls, video calls
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of routine maintenance skills as well as basic electric and plumbing skills
  • Mathematical skills to make calculations needed for operational repairs
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 LBS

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed
  • Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
    • Reach overhead and below the waist
    • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
