We are looking for a strategic, highly commercial, global HRBP to support our leadership & growth in next generation AI-led SEO.
You are not just an HR partner; you are the people co-pilot to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the Senior HRBP for our Global Customer Organization (GCO), you will own people strategy for the engine of our business. Your mission is to support a high-performance culture that drives revenue, ensures operational excellence and attracts the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities
Commercial & Cultural Alignment: You will translate business strategy into people strategy. This means understanding our GTM approach and competitive landscape to provide impactful people solutions
People Co-Pilot to Leadership: Partner directly with the CRO and the GCO leadership team ensuring our organizational design and talent density align perfectly with our revenue goals, pro-actively identifying risks.
Change Management & OD: Navigate complex, ambiguous situations with confidence. You will lead organizational restructuring and change initiatives, when needed, that ensure we remain agile and scalable as we grow.
Data-Driven Coaching: Use data to get to the root cause of retention, performance, or engagement issues. Coach leaders to help them unlock the full potential of their teams.
Help champion the AI-Native Transformation program within the People function and the wider GCO.
Profile
Strategic Expert: You bring c.8+ years of strategic HRBP experience within a high-growth SaaS or Tech scale-up. You are accustomed to operating in fast paced environments with complete autonomy and accountability for broad, critical areas of the business.
Commercially Savvy: You have worked with and understand how a Sales/Customer organization functions.
AI-Competent & Forward Thinking: You are AI fluent, excited by the potential of AI and eager to drive an organization’s journey toward becoming AI-native.
Resilient & Influential: You thrive in high-stakes, fast paced environments. You can manage upwards with confidence, challenge assumptions respectfully and maintain transparency even in difficult situations.
Global Scope: You have deep experience supporting teams across North America and EMEA. You navigate different employment/labour laws and cultural nuances with ease.
Remote Expert: You have a proven track record of delivering the full spectrum of HRBP value in a fully distributed or hybrid environment, across time zones.
