We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and experimentation-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate our FY26 pipeline, with a focus on full-funnel conversion, multi-touch campaign activation, and AI-era search visibility (AEO) > with North America as a priority growth market.

You’ll join the Growth Marketing team and operate at the intersection of Marketing, SDR, and Sales, running rapid experiments, orchestrating growth campaigns, and removing friction across the funnel. While NA will be your primary focus, this role is designed to be agile and reusable across regions, contributing to scalable growth programs globally.

This role exists to activate, accelerate, and operationalize growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, fix and improve funnel friction from Inbound → MQL → SQL → Opportunity

  • Build and activate targeted growth campaigns, landing pages, and conversion flows for priority Tier 1 & 2 segments, initially focused on North America

  • Execute segment and use-case–driven activation programs (in collaboration with PMM, Content, GTM and Field Marketing), translating vertical strategies into digital, multi-touch growth motions

  • Surface funnel insights and run fast test-and-learn cycles across messaging, audience, formats, and channels

  • Experiment with AEO and AI-driven search surfaces (e.g. ChatGPT Search, Gemini, Perplexity, Reddit) to understand new discovery and conversion paths

  • In collaboration with marketing operations, analyze regional funnel performance (volume, conversion, velocity) and surface actionable insights on a weekly basis.

  • Partner closely with SDRs, RevOps, Paid Media, and Field Marketing to ensure campaigns are fully activated and followed through

Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within B2B SaaS, with proven success scaling efforts in North American markets (plus)

  • AI-forward marketer with hands-on experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, predictive analytics, automation) into marketing workflows and curiosity about emerging growth channels

  • Full-stack operator who moves fluidly between creative ideation, data analysis, and execution—comfortable taking ideas from 0 → 1 → scale

  • Data-driven and funnel-aware strategist with a strong understanding of Awareness-to-Conversion metrics (CPL, CPA, LTV) and modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow preferred).

  • Collaborative experimenter who thrives in ambiguity, runs multiple tests in parallel, and works cross-functionally with Growth, SDR, RevOps, Field Marketing, and Paid Media

  • Experience with CRO, ABM, and campaign activation is a strong plus
