We are currently seeking someone to join us for a 1-year contract for maternity leave cover for the Demand Generation Marketing Manager (EMEA) position. In this role, you will support the strategic planning through to execution of marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness, new business pipeline creation, and support client engagement programs in the EMEA region. To achieve this, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company's mission and goals.
The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who thrives on creativity, organization, and collaboration.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, digital marketing, marketing communications, content marketing, product marketing, and customer marketing.
Additionally, while the focus will be on demand generation and campaign management in EMEA, this individual will also work with global marketing, coordinating with colleagues to localize global campaigns.

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning:
  • - Develop the Demand Generation Strategy: Create a comprehensive plan aligned with sales goals to drive revenue.
    - Market and Target Audience Analysis: Conduct research to identify regional market trends, competitor activities, and target customer personas.
    - Act as the go-to-market expert for the EMEA region, focusing on the DACH region and staying updated on market trends.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • - Lead Campaign Initiatives: Develop, deploy, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
    - Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content marketing team to create assets that resonate with the regional target audience.
    - Define and execute the regional events/webinars calendar, coordinating logistics and communication activities.
  • Data Analytics & Insights:
  • - Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and assess prospect and customer engagement using analytics tools.
    - Optimization: Continuously analyze data to refine campaigns and improve performance through A/B testing and customer segmentation.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:
  • - Sales/Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams, providing them with marketing materials and support for seamless lead hand-off.
    - Cross-Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, Branding, and Digital teams to synchronize demand generation efforts.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
  • - Manage regional demand generation budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI tracking.
    - Vendor Management: Select and manage third-party vendors, freelancers, and technologies contributing to demand generation strategies.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
  • - Generate regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and funnel effectiveness for sales and key stakeholders.
    - Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders, sharing insights, learnings, and action plans for the forthcoming period.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAAS marketing, preferably in B2B demand generation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of demand generation best practices & understanding of sales cycle
  • Detailed and solution-oriented, with strong project management skills and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working alongside sales teams, especially outbound BDR / SDR reps
  • Good knowledge of MarTech stack: Experience working in project management systems (Asana), marketing automation (Pardot preferred), social media platforms (LinkedIn), website CMS platforms (Craft) related to content and campaign setup
  • Excellent copywriting/editing skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical mindset and Data-driven with an ability to develop strategic plans based on forecasting & campaign analysis
  • Exemplary team player able to build effective working relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Agile mindset: Being able to adapt to market changes and iterate on strategies as needed, especially relevant in the fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a great presenter to represent Uberall in the region
