About the role:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d) or Implementation Consultant (m/f/d), you are the main point of contact for delivering our solution to our international customers and resellers in the EMEA region. You onboard, train, and provide our partners with important product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS). You bring a technical answer to our customers’ strategy and ensure they are built for long-term success with our solution. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our customers and accompany them at the highest level through the first application steps with our product. Not only will customer contact be important in this position, but also coordination, especially between our revenue and product teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical implementation of our solution and the onboarding of our customers
  • Ensure the customer’s initial exposure to our tool is timely and informative to increase early adoption and drive a successful collaboration between Uberall and our customers
  • Deliver an onboarding plan in accordance with the customer’s roadmap, by coordinating and collaborating closely with the teams involved in the process (Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Product…)
  • Assess, understand and offer the best resolution to any challenge our customers wish to overcome
  • Responsible for escalating misalignments identified throughout the onboarding via the appropriate internal channels (e.g. Jira, Salesforce)

Your Profile

  • You speak English and German fluently, and you have excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages
  • Minimum 2 years of customer onboarding/implementation experience at a B2B software company, preferably in the areas of digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT
  • Customer-facing experience, focus on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing customer churn through technical solutions
  • You are tech-savvy (knowledge of backend & API) and have experience with large datasets (Excel, SQL) and reporting tools (JIRA, Salesforce)
  • Experience with management of Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Manager would be a strong asset
