Data & Insights Analyst
Location: Concord, MA or Boston, MA (Hybrid) Preferred, Open to Remote
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Data & Insights Analyst to support the day-to-day reporting and analytical needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You’ll report into the Senior Manager, Data & Insights, who owns forecasting, planning, and our broader analytics strategy — and you’ll play a critical supporting role in providing the data, visibility, and insights that drive meaningful impact across our business.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional. You will build and maintain evergreen dashboards, respond to inbound reporting requests, ensure data accuracy across our GTM systems, and deliver the visibility that enables Sales, BDR, and Marketing leaders to make confident, data-informed decisions.

What You’ll Own
Reporting, Dashboards & Evergreen Visibility

Build, maintain, and QA recurring dashboards for Sales, BDR, and B2B Marketing.

Own evergreen reporting across Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, HubSpot, and Outreach.io.

Create KPI dashboards that highlight performance, pipeline health, funnel conversion, and activity trends.

Ensure consistency and accuracy across all GTM reports and visualizations.
Tactical Data Support for GTM Teams

Respond to inbound reporting requests from frontline managers and GTM team leads.

Build one-off analyses to answer operational questions (pipeline trends, rep performance, lead quality, campaign performance, BDR activity, etc.).

Translate business questions into clean, digestible insights.

Support pipeline reviews with data pulls, summaries, and snapshot reporting.
Partnership With the Senior Manager, Data & Insights

Provide data support for strategic workstreams including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.

Ensure alignment between tactical dashboards and broader analytics strategy.

Assist with data validation and cross-system consistency checks across Salesforce and HubSpot.

Contribute to data hygiene initiatives and standardization across GTM reporting fields and structures.
Data Quality & Governance Support

Monitor lead, contact, account, and pipeline data for inaccuracies or gaps.

Help enforce data hygiene practices through structured updates and validation rules.

Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to maintain consistent reporting logic across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support Sales Leadership, BDR managers, and Marketing leaders with timely reporting and insights.

Provide analytical visibility that drives coaching, prioritization, and execution.

Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure teams can act on data quickly and confidently.
What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years in a data, revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role.

Strong proficiency with Salesforce (required).

Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, HubSpot, Outreach.io, or similar tools (preferred).

Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Ability to independently pull data, build dashboards, and respond to inbound reporting needs.

Clear communication skills and the ability to translate data into simple, actionable insights.

Curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within Revenue Operations and analytics.

Base Compensation Range:
- $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
