The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs, create compelling hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance sourcing innovation with hiring efficiency and a deep understanding of what drives top talent.What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Own and manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to offer negotiation and background checks.
Train and upskill our hiring managers to constantly improve and strengthen our recruitment process and ensure we maintain our high hiring standards to recruit the best people
Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, etc.).
Be a key stakeholder in the implementation of the talent attraction strategy
Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximise efficiency of the recruitment process
Collaborate with People & Culture teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
A solid understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Excellent communicator
Well-organized
