Your Shot at Closing, Without the Cold Call

You've spent the last couple of years booking meetings, qualifying leads, and setting other people up to close the deal. You know you're ready for more. You just need someone to hand you the ball.

This is that opportunity.

As an AI Sales Specialist at Simpro, you won't be cold calling strangers. You'll be talking to Simpro customers, people who already use our platform every day to run their trades and field service businesses. They know us. Many of them love us. Your job is to show them Simpro Lightning, our AI-powered job management platform, and help them see why upgrading is the smartest move they'll make this year.

No 6-month enterprise sales cycles. No 47-touch outbound sequences. This is high-velocity, consultative selling, most conversations close in one or two calls. If you're someone who gets energized by momentum, hitting numbers, and closing deals (not just setting them up), this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Call Simpro's existing customer base: warm conversations with people who already trust the product, not cold prospecting

  • Run the full sales cycle solo: from first conversation to signed upgrade, typically closed within 1-2 calls

  • Demonstrate the value of Simpro Lightning: show customers how AI-powered job management can save them hours a week and grow their business

  • Handle objections and negotiate: real closing skills, not just discovery questions

  • Own a pipeline and a quota: you'll know exactly what winning looks like every day, week, and month

What You’ll Bring

  • 0-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar quota-carrying role

  • A track record of hitting activity or pipeline targets, you know how to work a phone and a calendar

  • Hungry to move from qualifying to closing, you want the "W" to be yours

  • Confident, curious, and comfortable having consultative conversations with small business owners and operators

  • Coachable, you want feedback and you use it

  • Organized enough to manage a full pipeline without anything falling through the cracks

  • Bonus points if you've sold into trades, field service, construction, or SaaS before - but not required

  • If you’re familiar with Salesforce that will also be a bonus but not required
