Job Context
As an Account Executive - Aroflo, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Simpro's Aroflo product within your assigned territory. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Aroflo.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of Aroflo.
Understand customer needs and challenges, and tailor solutions that align with Aroflo's capabilities.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position Aroflo in the market.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Simpro and Aroflo.
What You’ll Bring
Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the field service management or trade services industries.
Demonstrable experience achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with Aroflo or similar field service management software is highly advantageous.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Office location - Boxhill.
