We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager. Based out of our Brisbane office, and reporting to the Director of Product Management, the ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Product Management experience and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy

  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.

  • Test & validate various hypotheses and iterate on refining the strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.

Product Planning and Roadmapping

  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, and sales, to drive product development and GTM activities.

  • Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Customer Focus

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and stay informed about user needs and pain points to continuously improve the product.

  • Work closely with customer support, implementation, and sales to address customer issues and concerns.

Performance Measurement

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

  • Regularly report on product performance to leadership and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related)

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong interest in AI technology, and using it to solve problems.

  • Optional: Background or experience in Analytics, APIs, and launching AI products is beneficial.

  • Optional: Experience in, or familiarity with, project/workforce management tools and best practices within construction and other trades industries is a plus.
