Job Context
The Implementation Consultant II is the core delivery role of the Implementation org and the primary point of contact for Growth and Strategic customers through their full implementation journey. IC IIs manage end-to-end customer onboarding — from needs analysis through go-live — and own the relationship with their assigned accounts during the implementation period. This is the only IC level with a full 100% billable utilisation target, reflecting the absence of workshop obligations.What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end implementation delivery for Growth and Strategic customer accounts
Conduct needs analysis, workflow mapping, and solution design sessions with customer stakeholders
Configure and validate Simpro, BigChange, or AroFlo to match customer business workflows
Manage customer readiness scoring and Day 1 kickoff readiness in the pre-onboarding portal
Facilitate daily standups and governance check-ins with customer project contacts
Collaborate with IC III and IC IV on complex data, integrations, or enterprise scope elements
Complete implementation signoff in Salesforce and introduce Account Manager at go-live
Identify expansion signals and upsell opportunities; pass to AM with documented context
Mentor IC I team members and contribute to team quality reviews and playbook improvement

Proven ability to manage customer relationships through a structured delivery process
Analytical mindset: able to translate complex business workflows into product configurationAutonomous worker who can manage multiple concurrent accounts without close supervision
Strong time management: full billable target requires disciplined pipeline and session management
Collaborative with a track record of escalating appropriately and supporting junior team members
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or technical consulting
Previous IC I or equivalent delivery experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce for account management and activity logging
Competency in workflow mapping and business process analysis
