Simpro Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Corporate Communications to lead our global communications strategy, enhance brand reputation, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role will be instrumental in shaping how Simpro communicates its vision, values, and innovations to customers, employees, partners, and the broader industry.What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy aligned with Simpro's business objectives and brand identity.
Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Manage all aspects of media relations, including proactive outreach, press release development, media kit creation, and crisis communications.
Oversee internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals and initiatives.
Develop and manage Simpro's thought leadership program, identifying opportunities for executive profiling and content creation.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and HR teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and key industry influencers.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor communications to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication initiatives.
Prepare weekly Executive Summaries and department communications
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership on communications performance and strategy.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global communications strategies, preferably within the B2B software or technology sector.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for various audiences.
Demonstrated experience in media relations, crisis communications, and internal communications.
Strong understanding of digital communications channels, social media, and content marketing.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to communications.
