Job Context

The Regional Field and Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving regional MQLs and pipeline growth by owning field and partner marketing outcomes across their assigned region. This role leads regional go-to-market priorities, aligning field programs and partner initiatives to generate MQL contribution and brand impact.

Location: Reading RG1 or Leeds LS15, on-site.

What You’ll Do

Regional GTM Strategy:

  • Own and execute the regional field and partner marketing strategy in alignment with company GTM priorities, with full accountability for partner and field marketing leads, and regional performance.

  • Develop and prioritize regional plans across events, associations, and partner co-marketing, ensuring spend and programs are directly tied to business outcomes.

  • Take a holistic view of the regional GTM calendar to ensure consistent MQL coverage, proactively identifying gaps and deploying alternative demand programs (e.g., webinars, virtual events, ABM plays, partner campaigns) to meet pipeline targets.

Field & Partner Programs:

  • Plan and execute regional field and partner programs including trade shows, partner events, and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Support regional Simprosium and Partner Summit programming in conjunction with the global events team.

Partner Marketing Leadership:

  • Serve as the regional owner for partner marketing outcomes, working closely with Partnerships and sales leadership to define regional partner priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners and event providers that support regional growth.

Shared Services & Execution:

  • Partner with shared services and specialist teams (Web, Brand & Creative, Webinars/ReferalsEmails, RevOps) to execute regional programs efficiently and at scale.

  • Provide clear regional briefs and priorities to enable speed, alignment, and consistent execution.

Sales & Revenue Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Regional Growth Owners (RGOs), revenue leaders, Partnerships Managers, AEs and BDRs to align field and partner programs with pipeline goals.

  • Drive pre- and post-program strategies to maximize lead conversion and sales impact.

Reporting & KPIs:

  • Define, track, and report on regional performance metrics including pipeline, MQLs, MQL to SQL conversation rate, and CPL.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in field marketing and/or events experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology companies.

  • An orchestrator and collaborator while being both tactical and strategic.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in leveraging data and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data insights effectively, is a critical requirement for this role.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess program and event data and performance, manage budgets, review and optimize strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across sales, marketing and external vendors and associates..

  • Experience and ability to work independently while progressing multiple priorities forward simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce.com, Asana and Looker

  • Ability to travel to US and Canada based trade shows, events and meetings.
