We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Officer or Paralegal to support our Legal team with customer enforcement and debt recovery activities across the Simpro Group. This role supports enforcement and recovery matters across multiple jurisdictions and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing high-volume matters, improving processes, and working closely with internal stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting enforcement strategy, coordinating recovery actions, and helping to minimise commercial risk while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Candidates must be based in or around the Sunshine Coast area of Queensland.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage enforcement and recovery matters

  • Prepare and issue letters of demand and enforcement correspondence

  • Monitor and manage customer payment arrangements and settlements

  • Liaise with debt collection agencies and enforcement bodies

  • Assist with preparation of evidence, and legal materials

  • Maintain and track enforcement matters, including reporting and risk tracking

  • Support internal stakeholders across the Simpro Group with enforcement processes and compliance requirements

  • Assist with developing recovery processes and documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as a collections officer, paralegal or legal assistant

  • Experience working with debt recovery, litigation support, or dispute management is highly regarded

  • Strong organisational and matter management skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work

  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple regulatory frameworks

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team
