The Job

Senior Organic Growth Strategist is responsible for driving sustainable traffic and visibility across search and discovery channels through SEO, AEO, and content-led strategies. They align organic growth initiatives with business goals, leveraging data and industry insights to improve reach, engagement, and long-term brand authority.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and generative search strategy across Simpro, ClockShark, BigChange and AroFlo to drive sustainable organic growth.
  • Conduct keyword, entity, and topic research, alongside competitive analysis, to inform both traditional search and LLM visibility strategies.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and performance for search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO and schema enhancements that improve crawlability, indexing, and structured data visibility.
  • Partner with the Content team to optimize on-page content for SEO while ensuring alignment with emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.
  • Create content briefs that integrate SEO, GEO, and LLM considerations, guiding the development of content designed to surface in both traditional search and AI-generated results.
  • Build and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks and entity mentions to strengthen authority across search and generative platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO and LLM visibility metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and emerging AI-search monitoring platforms.
  • Share insights and provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams, educating stakeholders on the evolving impact of AI on search and organic growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong expertise in SEO and structured data.

  • Understanding of AEO, generative search, and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

  • Proficient in analytics tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.) with ability to turn insights into action.

  • Skilled in keyword, entity and topic research to guide content and visibility strategies.

  • Experience creating content briefs and partnering with content teams to align SEO with brand goals.

  • Ability to collaborate with developers on technical SEO and schema implementation.

  • Proven success in building backlinks and authority signals.

  • Strong communication skills to influence and educate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic, data-driven and adaptable to evolving search and AI trends.
