The Job

We're looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will work alongside our Senior UI/UX Designer, product managers, and our agile and front-end teams to create user interface prototypes based on project requirements.
As a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our core SaaS platform. Your ability to translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions will be crucial as you work to improve our front-end layouts, components, and pages to ensure consistency and accessibility.
This role reports directly to the Director, Product Management.

What You’ll Do

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  • Analyze user data and market trends to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design & Prototyping

  • Design intuitive, consistent, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate your design ideas and concepts.

  • Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.

  • Build an interactive component library, including animation elements, interaction patterns, icons, and illustrations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and align on design solutions.

  • Present and articulate your design decisions to various teams, providing a clear rationale based on research and best practices.

  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to your peers.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of projects and demonstrates a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a clean, modern aesthetic.

  • Experience in designing with auto-layouts, component variations, and component properties.

  • Hands-on experience implementing or contributing to a scalable design system, including documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience participating in the full product development cycle of one or more successfully launched web or mobile apps.

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows or tools (e.g., generative design, AI-assisted prototyping, or user research analysis).

Skills

  • Expertise in understanding user problems and uncovering product pain points to design thoughtful interfaces that meet both business and user needs.

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro.

  • Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).

  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Strong grasp of modular design systems and component-based thinking.

  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools to accelerate ideation, design iteration, or user insight generation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present design concepts to various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
