The Job

The Office Manager is an all-round role responsible for the continuous day-to-day running of the office, internal events management and reception.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Handle mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Office Management:

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional office environment.

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory.

  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.

  • Oversee office equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order (e.g., kitchen appliances, breakout areas, meeting rooms etc..)

  • Assist with the setup and coordination of internal meetings, events, and company-wide functions.

  • Set up and maintain a daily lunch bar for staff.

  • Manage office security, access cards and staff access requirements.

  • Manage car park assignments and access.

  • Manage and maintain the staff office chore roster (daily kitchen cleanup, coffee machine cleaning etc…)

Administrative & Support:

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

  • Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and providing office orientation.

  • Maintain and update office records, directories, and contact lists.

  • Help with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.

Culture & Environment:

  • Act as a key contributor to maintaining a positive and productive office culture.

  • Organize and manage social events, team lunches, and special occasions.
