The Job
We are seeking a dynamic Integration Specialist (internally known as Payment Specialist) to join our team and help drive the successful adoption of Simpro Payments within our customer base. This individual will align with sales, implementation team, and the customer success organization, to provide technical knowledge and assistance related to payment adoption on the Simpro platform.You will play a key role in expanding Simpro (and BigChange) Payment adoption, specifically focused on North American and United Kingdom. You will serve as a payments technical expert, bridging the gap between Simpro product offerings and specific needs of our clients to adopt and scale Simpro Payments.
In the role you’ll work directly with the Customer Success Group leadership, GM of Financial Services and payment team cross-functional leaders to drive customer adoption and help shape the product roadmap that will scale Simpro Payment (and BigChange) customer activation goals.
Location: Leeds, LS15 or Reading, RG1 (hybrid)
What You’ll Do
Understand and translate core Simpro Payment technical features into benefits for customers and how it integrates / aligns with the Simpro Platform for customers.
Work with and through technical questions/challenges internally with sales, IC, CSMs, and customers.
Address technical questions and concerns raised by customers as they consider adding Simpro Payments.
Gain a deep understanding of Simpro’s products, specifically related to payments and our partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings – related to payment offerings.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a technical sales-support role within the SaaS industry with domain fintech knowledge.
Experience in the Field Service Management or Payments required.
Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
Fintech / Payments Knowledge: Baseline knowledge of payment processing, special needs/requirements in local markets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences – internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain strong customer relationships – leveraged to drive action to solve a customer’s problems.
Agile mindset, capable of delivering value incrementally and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
