TeamDynamix is seeking a detail-oriented, technically curious, and solutions-driven Automation Builder to join our remote Product organization. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation templates and integration solutions using TeamDynamix’s no-code platform. You will help customers realize rapid value from our iPaaS, Conversational AI (CAI), and emerging AI & Automation product lines by creating scalable, end-to-end solutions that address common IT service management challenges.

About the Role

  • Design, build, and deliver automation templates, integration templates, and conversational AI tasks using TeamDynamix iPaaS and CAI tools.

  • Create end-to-end automation solutions supporting ITSM workflows such as incident management, request fulfillment, and change management.

  • Translate product specifications and customer requirements into practical, working automation solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for new templates based on platform capabilities, customer feedback, and emerging use cases.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for templates, including setup guides, configuration options, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Create training materials, walkthroughs, and enablement resources to drive adoption across customers and internal teams.

  • Contribute to knowledge base content and best practice documentation.

  • Support implementation and customer success teams with template-related questions and guidance.

  • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance before template releases.

  • Maintain and enhance existing templates based on platform updates and evolving best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.

  • Communicate with colleagues, management, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all company regulations, policies, and procedures.

About Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role.

  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation or integration platforms.

  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.

  • Highly preferred:

  • Experience with TeamDynamix iPaaS and/or Conversational AI products

  • Experience with platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Flowgear

  • Service desk, systems administration, or frontline IT experience

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, etc.)

  • Exposure to higher education or enterprise IT environments

  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, HDI, or related industry certification

  • Baseline understanding of AI capabilities, strengths, and limitations

  • Strong grasp of IT service management concepts and workflows
