TeamDynamix is seeking a sharp, quick-learning, and well-polished Automation and Integration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will define, manage, and execute the technical aspects of automation and integration for our software solutions - working directly with customers to design, build, and maintain integrations while delivering high-impact consulting services. This remote opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and a passion for solving complex problems through innovative technology.
About the Role
Design and build solutions using TeamDynamix products like iPaaS and Conversational AI for TeamDynamix clients.
Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems.
Train customers on iPaaS best practices and automation strategies.
Gather and document integration and automation requirements, collaborating closely with clients to validate solutions.
Configure, test, and optimize integrations to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
Identify innovative ways to apply automation and technology to solve customer challenges.
Provide proactive technical support and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
Serve as a technical resource to other members of the Professional Services team.
Manage work effectively and multitask across multiple client assignments.
Provide timely and accurate project updates to management.
Contribute to knowledge base content and best practices to support both customers and internal teams.
Assist in improving service delivery processes to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of business or equivalent work experience.
2–5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or solution automation in SaaS environments.
3+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services.
Experience working with iPaaS platforms or no-code/low-code automation tools (preferred).
Exposure to or hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
Curious, energetic, and passionate about solving business problems with technology.
Highly skilled communicator who can effectively engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Enjoys teaching, consulting, and continuous learning.
Ability to translate business needs into creative, scalable technical solutions while building trusted client relationships.
Flexible and adaptable, able to shift between advisory, consulting, and support roles as needed.
Experience with conversational AI or virtual service agent technologies (a plus).
