WorkWave is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of managing and developing SaaS Account Managers. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background and track record of collaboration, accountability, ownership, and operational excellence. You will have a significant impact on mentoring team members and building relationships and are laser-focused on preventing churn.
We have 2 Sales Manager positions available. Our Sales Manager of Emerging Markets is directly supporting three teams of (SMB) Account Managers. Our Strategic Sales Manager is directly supporting the Account Executives and Account Managers for the Real Green portfolio. All of our employees share three common characteristics; successful, driven, and hungry to learn.


  • Oversee revenue goals for our customers by renewing and upselling our products.
  • Support ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring reps.
  • Participate in customer meetings, leading when necessary.
  • Identify product and technology gaps with prospects and communicate software needs internally.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Managers on strategies to reach their goals.
  • Meet with Account Managers 1-on-1 weekly to train, coach, and mentor.
  • Report on sales activity and manage a regular bookings forecast.


  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience preferably within a SaaS organization
  • Solid understanding of SMB SaaS applications
  • Experience selling into field service organizations is a huge plus
  • Consistent track record of selling software while achieving personal and team goals
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Bachelor's degree required
