Position Overview:

The Solutions Architect/Process Consultant is responsible for process consultation, solutions engineering and requirements development for Stova’s enterprise client base. This critical, client-facing role will work closely with the client and Stova’s Sales, Delivery and Technology teams to develop client-centric solutions that leverage Stova’s current product offerings to maximize client outcomes. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role which will require handling multiple initiatives concurrently while working closely with internal and client stakeholders to meet company and client objectives. The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience providing solutions and/or process consulting for enterprise clients in a SaaS environment
  • Have extensive experience working with Sales, Delivery and Technology Teams within a dynamic, client-centric environment
  • Be able to skillfully manage complex, cross-functional and technical initiatives
  • Have a proven track record of managing client and internal stakeholder relationships to optimize project outcomes
  • Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-Sales requirements gathering and scoping process with enterprise clients, work with clients and internal teams to develop wireframes and flow diagrams to illustrate current operational and technical process, gain consensus from the client
  • Work with internal Stova Teams and the client to map client processes, operational and technical requirements to Stova tools to maximize ROI and meet client KPIs
  • Outline technical and operational specifications for the client and Stova Teams, create project specification documents, work with internal and client teams to clarify and refine requirements
  • Proactively identify product and operational gaps impeding proposed client workflow; work with Stova’s Technology, Product and Delivery Teams to identify alternative solutions using existing functionality or modified operational processes
  • Utilize process engineering, consultation and relationship building skills to identify and present process improvement and product enhancements to drive client success
  • Identify need for net new development, document requirements for the Stova technology Team, determine the level of effort and impact of proposed work on the existing product roadmap, secure approval from Stova Leadership to proceed with work
  • Facilitate solution review calls with the client and internal Stova Teams, answer internal and client questions, gain internal and external approval on recommended workflow
  • Lead project estimation process, coordinate with internal teams to ensure a level of effort that encompasses all impacted business functions, assist Stova Sales team with final pricing
  • Provide support to the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project, answer client and internal questions, scope modification and additional requests for work as they arise
  • Work closely with the program manager, project team and stakeholders to manage project scope
  • Review project deliverables prior to stakeholder review, assess and identify gaps or improvement recommendations, where required
  • Up to 20% travel per year

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience providing solutions and/or process consulting for enterprise clients within multifaceted deployment programs in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years’ experience with client-facing requirements gathering initiatives, writing use cases and requirements documents
  • Knowledge of API integrations and experience with initiatives involving API integrations
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and the project team in a dynamic, client-centric environment
  • Exceptional problem solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to balance competing demands from multiple clients while remaining structured, organized, and accountable
  • Strong presentation and meeting management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, especially with Directors and C-Level Executives
