Description
The Senior Sales Executive is a high-impact sales leader responsible for leading and driving major sales initiatives that directly support STACK’s strategic growth and revenue goals. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in driving business-critical deals that have a significant impact on market position and revenue.
The role involves strategic thinking, client engagement, and consistent revenue generation through office-based, non-manual work related to the company’s business operations and customer solutions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, dynamic, and able to lead from the front, taking full ownership of performance metrics and pipeline development.
Experience in a SaaS construction sales role is required.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS construction sales role (Outbound with sales quota responsibility)
- Demonstrated success in generating and managing new business opportunities, driving major sales initiatives, and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of Challenger or MEDDIC sales methodologies (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and various buyer personas
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and stay focused on driving results
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of sales processes, and deliver consistently strong performance under pressure
- Strong willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve sales strategies to meet the STACK’s long-term growth goals
