Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging and qualifying incoming leads, ensuring prospective customers are a good fit for STACK's solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by connecting with leads through phone calls, online chats, emails, and text messaging via our CRM systems. Your efforts will directly support our Account Executives in securing new customer demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential as STACK users.
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, online chat, email, and text messaging.
- Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Training teams to provide a seamless experience for prospects.
- Continuously improve knowledge of STACK's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to leads.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
