Position Overview
The Industry Consultant will be responsible for developing expertise and guiding STACK customers through the understanding and building process of Items and Assemblies. The STACK estimating database includes items and assemblies that ship with the STACK estimating product and are a key component of our offering. The Industry Consultant will work with STACK customers, as well as leverage his or her own knowledge of construction estimating to ensure their catalog meets their company’s needs.
Performance Responsibilities and Expectations
- Work closely with the team assigned to support Strategic/Upmarket customers to review existing workflows, processes, and procedures used prior to adopting STACK, provide guidance to customers on the best methods, help create custom items and assemblies, and determine the most efficient path forward regarding Items and Assembly catalogs
- Participate in customer training sessions to learn the key content required for customer's catalog(s).
- Deliver training sessions to educate STACK customers on Items and Assemblies
- Create help and training content as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Commercial construction estimating experience, required
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Experience with construction estimating software
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication ability (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical ability with a focus on results
