Description
Position Overview
The BDR is responsible for the initial engagement and qualification of all prospective STACK customers. The BDR is responsible for several methods of engaging potential new customers including; phone engagement, online chat, email, text messaging (through our CRM systems).
The BDRs primary responsibility is to qualify all incoming leads as potential STACK users and schedule demonstrations for our Account Executive group. The BDR position is the ideal role to gain exposure to multiple aspects of our company interacting daily with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Training.
In the BDR role you may be required to work an alternative schedule for customer support related work including on-line call and chat support. STACK will accommodate an adjusted work schedule to maintain 40 hours per week, as compensatory time is not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer support experience
- Prior Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple software platforms
- Desire to provide quality internal and external service while protecting the interests of STACK
- A strong desire to help build high-functioning team environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also part of a team
