About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer at SightCall, you will play a crucial role in leading technical pre-sales engagements with our top-tier Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 enterprise clients. Key members of the field sales team, SEs wear a variety of ‘hats’, from high level product demonstrations to explaining multi-modal AI concepts, to integrations and business process design. This strategic role offers significant opportunities to enable customer and sales success via the VISION platform and to have a direct impact on SightCall’s product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Engage across all stages of the customer sales cycle, from product demonstrations and presentations to solution architecture and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Scope and manage Proof of Value evaluations, creating robust joint evaluation plans with SightCall prospects.
  • Partner with in-region sales Account Executives, Account Managers, Global SEs, Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Account Manager and Product Management teams to expand new business, enhance product features, and share best practices.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on SightCall’s products, key integrations, and the application of multi-modal AI and AR in visual assistance.
  • Provide insights and support at regional trade shows, events, and to channel partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technical roles such as sales/solutions engineering or customer success, focusing on enterprise clients.
  • Strong experience in SaaS solutions, with experience of contact centre or CRM SaaS solutions preferred. Experience in at least two of the following is preferred, but not essential:
    • Cloud/SaaS technologies - scalability, cloud providers, security, encryption
    • RESTful APIs - Integrations & web development
    • Single Sign-On protocols - oAuth2.0, SCIM, SAMLv2
  • CRM & Call Center Integrations - Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceMax, Zendesk, ServiceNow
    • Video/Web Collaboration Technologies – WebRTC, SIP, Media flow, call control
    • Generative and Computer Vision AI
    • AR Frameworks - ARKit, ARCore, Unity
  • Proven ability in value or solution selling within a consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
