The Role

The Product Marketing Manager will own the target audience and narrative to help drive the overall product market strategy and vehicles we use to tell the SightCall story to its audience. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the primary function will be part of a small team building out a go to market strategy, taking ownership of anything from designing product documentation, sales collateral, top of funnel content, to creating thought leadership narratives, to enabling the sales team on messaging and storytelling. With a high technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity, this role works directly with Product and Engineering teams, and the Marketing organization to create collaterals for SightCall’s products and services, producing compelling external messaging and enabling sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hands-on creation of product collateral with rapid turnaround
  • Support the product roadmap by creating internal and external facing collateral such as customer-facing demos, product user/admin guides, playbooks, whitepapers, product/services data sheets, and more.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to translate our architectural advantage into customer benefits, positioning, and how SightCall solves pain points.
  • Collaborate with the long-term strategy for the product marketing function.
  • Enable Sales by providing product use cases, case studies, and competitive intel.
  • Maintain Product Marketing SharePoint with the latest collaterals.
  • Be able to craft clear and persuasive messaging to convey the value of our product within various industry use cases, elevating this message to sales and the global market.
  • Gather information from the SightCall team to update relevant stats, such as customer success metrics, project completions, etc.
  • Support SightCall speakers at conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
  • Clearly articulate SightCall’s position and differentiation through expertise on our competitive capabilities.
  • Develop/refine targeted buyer personas and industry messaging, supported by external research, sales team insights, and marketing campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, technology, and product teams.
  • Position Location: Paris
  • Hybrid Work – Office + Remote, a minimum of 3 days in office per week.

About You

  • Equivalent of 4+ years’ experience in Product Marketing
  • Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity - must become a SightCall expert.
  • Tech Savvy with a deep understanding of or practical experience in the data landscape, especially in AI, machine learning, or data activation platforms
  • Degree is marketing engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience in technical role)
  • Natural speaking and writing fluency in English.
  • Experience with B2B or B2C in the Customer Experience and Contact Center software industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment. Flexibility is essential.
  • Experience working in a B2B enterprise SaaS and coordinating product launches.
  • Displays curiosity, enjoys learning and gathering new insights.
  • Must have outstanding writing and verbal communications skills with demonstrable copywriting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply learnings to recommended outcomes and communicate to broader audiences.
  • Experience in digital and traditional content-driven lead generation is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working directly with a sales team and executive team.
