Sightcall is seeking a demand generation manager based in Paris, France. This role is a hands- on player coach that is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaign efforts, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance . This role has equal parts digital campaign management leveraging marketing automation for email and social media with the ability to manage regional event logistics. You will have a deep understanding of an integrated, multi-channel approach and associated tools to support lead generation efforts.


· Manage all aspects of EMEA marketing events, email marketing, social media and advertising including logistics, budget, and deployment.

· Craft and implement email marketing strategies to drive a strong pipeline with constant testing and


· Measure, track and analyze campaign performance with the aim of producing best-in-class performance across all marketing channels.

· Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, striving to continually improve the

quantity, quality, and conversion of leads.

· Manage strategy, development and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.

· Take a data-driven approach to customizing marketing assets and developing initiatives that align with

the customer journey, sales-buying stages, and support account go-to-market plans.

· Partner with product, sales and customer success teams, dive deep into customer insights to improve conversions across the funnel.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders .

· Devise growth strategies for Marketing and Business Development teams.

· Foster collaboration and understanding of our growth goals across all business departments.

· Launch experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels and iterate on the digital marketing strategy

· Provide data-driven feedback to the product team and collaborate on innovation.

· Continually evaluate internal processes and make recommendations for improvement.

· Provide thought leadership to establish measurement frameworks which will drive business growth based on actionable recommendations.

· Lead and contribute to the evolution of marketing automation for scalable growth.


· Demonstrated track record with a portfolio of EMEA based events and multi-channel marketing campaigns with proven growth methods and metrics

· 6+ years of B2B Marketing content deployment experience across email, social media, ads and sales development with equal event logistics management.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills

· 2+ years administrative leadership in the implementation of modern MarTech management tools such as Pardot/ Marketo/ Hubspot, SalesForce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Drift/ Qualified

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to establish credibility and build effective relationships with all levels of staff

· Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to set priorities based on customer needs and organizational priorities and preferences and develop solutions to client and company challenges.

· Comfort and prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

· Ideal candidate has seen scale and can work at pace in a high-growth company and has a blend of startup and enterprise experience

· Direct experience building integrated campaigns with close knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, email, social and other digital channels

· A continual learner who embodies the growth mindset and is constantly challenging themselves and

the team to evolve

· Able to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines

· Create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization

· Oversee refinement of marketing attribution models, and continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of all demand-generating marketing channels
