This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated Account Executive in a true partnership role, helping school districts nationwide improve access to critical Medicaid funding and student services.

What Does a SDR do you may ask?

The SDR plays a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with school district leaders across assigned territories. They build a strong relationship with their dedicated Account Executive to hit goals!

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 175 outbound cold calls weekly to School District Medicaid and Special Education leaders.
  • Partnering closely with an assigned Account Executive to build and grow territory opportunities.
  • Setting qualified meetings and helping drive the sales pipeline forward.
  • Connecting with Directors of Special Education, Medicaid Coordinators, Business Officials, and district administrators.
  • Conducting research on school districts, vendors, systems, and contacts.
  • Managing prospect activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support strategic outreach efforts.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $63,000 to $70,000 DOE.
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $20,000 annually.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a close-knit team.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Passion for helping schools and supporting educational outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • K-12 education experience as a teacher, administrator, or school-based professional is a major plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Special Education or School-Based Medicaid is preferred.
