WHO WE ARE

Trusted by 700+ institutions to build communities and drive retention, Ready Education is the leading mobile student engagement platform (7 million active users) on a mission to improve student success in higher education worldwide.

As one new SaaS company, formed in 2021 from StuComm (NL), Collabco (UK), and Ready Education (NA), we’ve entered a period of aggressive growth. The opportunity to work on a new global software platform makes it an exciting time to join in.

ROLE PURPOSE

As a QA Engineer on the Campus Groups team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our platform. About 60% of your time will be dedicated to manual testing—exploring new features, verifying fixes, and performing regression testing. The remaining time, you’ll contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining automated test suites that improve efficiency and reduce risk. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure our releases are reliable, performant, and user-friendly.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute detailed manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated UI tests.
  • Collaborate with developers during feature design and implementation to identify edge cases and define acceptance criteria.
  • Document and track bugs, ensuring issues are reproducible and well-communicated.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing QA input during grooming and planning.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, balancing thorough manual coverage with scalable automation.
