ROLE PURPOSE
The Manager of Implementation and Professional Services will report to the Chief Services Officer, and is responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation and Technical Consultants who deliver onboarding, training and integration services to new and existing clients at Ready Education.

The Manager of Implementation and Professional Services will work closely with:
- Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Client Services Leadership Team
- Client Success
- Sales
- Product Management
- Engineering
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Implementation and Technical Consultants that are responsible for onboard new clients onto Ready Education’s product(s)
- Drive improvements in the delivery of implementation and professional services to drive high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Scores
- Own the tracking and reporting of OKRs including implementation CSAT, time-to-value, and billable hour utilization
- Deliver monthly or quarterly presentations to the ELT on OKR status and/or the implementation pipeline as required
- Assign projects and work to members of the team in an organized, timely and equitable manner
- Work closely with Support, Product and Engineering to create documentation for new features, and implementation/activation guides
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications and escalations where needed
- Responsible for supporting Professional Services and providing strategic recommendations for client renewals
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ready Education products and services
- Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews with direct reports
- Participate in company-wide projects or initiatives as required
Note: This role may require:
- Travel for up to 10% of the year to attend conferences or visit clients
- Potential for work outside of standard business hours
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, information technology or a related discipline.
- Must have at least 3 years experience with leading a technical team, preferably in the Higher Education or EdTech sector
- Must have technical skills in integrations and/or implementation services

Although this role is 100% remote, the person in this position should be expected to travel for certain customer / industry / company events and engagements as necessary.
