Who are we looking for?
As the Junior Financial Analyst specializing in Commercial Finance at RamSoft, you’ll be part of building a Commercial Finance Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics. This is a hybrid role with occasional in-office requirements in Mumbai.
What will you do in RamSoft?
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to compile and analyze financial data for monthly reporting to management.
- Use tools like Power BI and Excel to create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights and explanations for variances and trends identified in the financial data.
- Monitor and analyze IT spending, including cloud infrastructure costs and technology-related expenditures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their information needs and translating financial data into meaningful insights.
- Support in budget management, cost monitoring, and financial analysis as outlined in the job description.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to extract insights from financial and operational data.
What will you bring RamSoft?
- Excellent educational background with accounting qualification.2+ years post qualified
- Practical experience in technology sector preferably in Software (3 to 5 years experience)
- Previous industry experience in a financial reporting role (2 to 3 years experience)
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You will REALLY stand out if you also have following:
- Proven experience in managing IT spend, particularly in a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Familiarity with FP&A tools .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Strong data management skills
