What You Will Be Part Of

You will join a fast growing Product team that is rethinking what a data platform can feel like when AI sits at the center of the experience. Working side by side with Product, Engineering, and cross functional partners in our Scottsdale office, you will take ideas from first sketch to shipped product, and you will own design for key areas of the Radix platform.

This is a role for a designer who sees complexity as an invitation. Our users work with dense market data, financial models, and high stakes decisions. Your job is to make that feel simple, fast, and trustworthy, and to help define what good looks like when AI is part of the interface.

What You Will Achieve

• Turn complex, data heavy problems into experiences that feel intuitive, clear, and fast

• Design AI native workflows, such as conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, and automated insights, that earn user trust through transparency, control, and thoughtful handling of uncertainty

• Take strategic ownership of core product areas and guide work from exploration through delivery in close partnership with Product and Engineering

• Use AI tools in your own craft to explore faster, prototype sooner, and raise the quality bar without sacrificing rigor

• Validate concepts through usability testing, product analytics, and rapid experimentation, and tie design decisions to measurable impact

• Evolve the Radix design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and ready for new patterns, including AI driven ones

• Influence across the company by aligning stakeholders, communicating design rationale, and raising the bar for design excellence

• Mentor junior and mid level designers and help shape the practices and culture of Radix design as we scale

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 5+ years designing digital products in B2B or SaaS environments, with a strong record of owning design for complex applications such as dashboards, analytics, and data tools

• A portfolio that shows systems thinking, strong visual craft, and true end to end product design, from problem framing to shipped result

• Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping, components, variables, tokens, and variants, and comfort working in code adjacent tools to prototype and collaborate with engineers

• A solid command of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture, with a point of view on designing for data density and decision making

• Curiosity and hands on experience with AI, whether designing AI powered features or using AI tools in your own workflow

• Clear communication with technical and non technical partners, and the judgment to balance speed and craft in a fast paced, iterative environment

• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You thrive in a startup where priorities evolve, scope is broad, and you can see the impact of your work quickly
