What You Will Be Part Of

As a Senior Data Analyst at Radix, you will turn complex, large-scale data into clarity that powers critical decisions across the company. Your work will directly influence product innovation, customer outcomes, operational performance, and executive strategy. You will help build scalable reporting and analytics foundations—particularly through Power BI and SQL—that ensure teams can move confidently and quickly. As Radix expands its AI-driven analytics capabilities, you will play an integral role in shaping predictive insights that redefine decision-making in the multifamily industry.

What You Will Achieve

• Deliver analyses that drive clarity, influence strategic decisions, and shape business priorities.

• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards that inspire confident and timely action.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across large, complex data sets.

• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze high-volume datasets.

• Translate ambiguous business questions into well-structured, actionable analytical output.

• Strengthen data governance and promote trusted reporting throughout the organization.

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align insights with goals and outcomes.

• Support ad hoc analytical needs with clear, concise, and impactful findings.

• Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows for faster insights at scale.

• Contribute to AI-enabled analytics efforts by exploring predictive trends and data patterns.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.

• Proven ability to work with large datasets and design reporting that influences decision-making.

• Expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools) with strong data modeling skills.

• Advanced SQL skills for querying, manipulation, and analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience or interest in Python, cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.), and AI/ML concepts.

• Curiosity—you continuously dig deeper to uncover the “why” behind the data.
