We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Prishtina-based team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and enjoys building scalable reporting solutions that fuel smarter business decisions.

This is a full-time role based in our Prishtina, Kosovo office. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration-especially when solving complex technical problems together.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface critical insights.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into impactful data solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows, enabling faster, more confident decisions.
• Support ad hoc analyses with concise, actionable findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Uphold strong data governance practices to ensure trust in every report and dashboard.

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data analyst or BI role.
• Proven success working with large data sets and building scalable reporting.
• Experience designing dashboards that influence decision-making.

Skills

• Expertise in Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Ability to model data and structure reporting for impact.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences.

Preferred

• Experience with Python for analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (predictive modeling, trend detection, anomaly identification).
• Background in SaaS, technology, or data-focused product environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, or similar).
