PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Cash PHR Way Projects & Programs Manager who is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of all current and new PHR Way Programs and relationship management of specified 3rd party programs. In addition to program responsibilities, this professional will also manage and execute additional PHR Way projects and initiatives.

Pay Range: $86,000 - $92,000/Annually
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the single point of contact for all PHR Way Programs
- Collaborate with PHR Way Audit team members to identify adoption deficiencies and retrain team members as needed
- Assist in the execution of the Company's change management plan, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met
- Apply industry knowledge and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of programs and initiatives
- Collaborate seamlessly across all levels of the organization to drive adoption
- Partner with specific Regional Directors and Operations Managers as a dedicated PHR Way Programs subject matter expert
- Collect and analyze program data/statistics to provide insights and suggest adjustments to the product team
- Act as a liaison between 3rd party partners and identify ways to improve program or product efficiency
- Project manage/execute/lead multiple PHR Way projects spanning various disciplines including but not limited to consolidations, operations-based training, and strategic initiatives
- Act as a utility player for the PHR Way team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- At least two years of property management experience
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Experience with process implementation
