PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Implementation Entity Data Manager who thrives on accuracy, organization, and solving complex data challenges. You are a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring every detail is correct. In this role, you'll oversee the entire entity data lifecycle throughout the implementation process, leading data validation, migration, system configuration, and third-party integrations to ensure seamless consolidations and successful project outcomes. You enjoy working independently to analyze information, resolve issues, and develop thoughtful solutions while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.

Pay Range: $61,000 - $81,000 Annually
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, prioritize, and execute financial data cleanup tasks for a streamlined consolidation transition.
- Oversee the transfer of all entity data, including supplemental data, ensuring timely and accurate migration to meet consolidation deadlines.
- Proactively audit and analyze data to identify and resolve any errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies.
- Drive the data validation process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for our third-party partners and programs to ensure proper integration and functionality throughout the consolidation process.
- Manage the setup of the target database to ensure all settings are correctly established before go-live.
- Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate non-standard policies and exercise independent judgment to drive integration and ensure alignment with consolidation goals.
- Provide support where needed to ensure the consolidation process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain consolidation-related spreadsheets, documents, and data, ensuring they are up to date and accessible for the team.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all consolidation goals are met within the designated time frame, maintaining progress and addressing any roadblocks.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Strong communication skills
- At least two years of experience in Data Migration & Integration
- At least two years of experience in Data Management
