PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Leasing Performance & Development Manager who is a proactive, self-driven professional with a strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions that influence outcomes across the national Leasing function. As the Leasing Performance & Development Manager at PURE HomeRiver, you will play a critical role in strengthening leasing performance across markets by translating data into actionable strategies, developing impactful training programs, and partnering with leaders to drive consistent execution. This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects data to people; proactively identifying opportunities, facilitating clear and effective communication across teams, and influencing performance through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $81,000/Annually
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor leasing performance metrics across markets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Translate data insights into actionable training and coaching initiatives.
- Partner with cross-departmental business partners to address performance challenges and elevate results
- Design and deliver a structured onboarding and ongoing professional development curriculum for Leasing and Operations team members.
- Incorporate field feedback into training and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental business partners to identify coaching opportunities within operations.
- Provide targeted coaching and training to individuals or teams to strengthen performance outcomes.
- Reinforce accountability standards through structured follow-up and performance tracking.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives, systems, or policy updates that impact leasing performance.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- To be computer-savvy with intermediate-level experience in G-Suite
- 3+ Years of Property Management Experience Preferred
- 3+ Years of leadership preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
- Proficiencies in Google Workspace required.
