Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at PURE Property Management in Tacoma, WA. As an Assistant Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with property management operations, coordinating tenant relations, overseeing maintenance requests, managing leasing and rent collection, and implementing operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient property management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
• Knowledge of leasing and renting procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle tenant relations and resolve conflicts
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Proficiency in property management software or tools
• Understanding of local housing laws and regulations
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., real estate license, property management certification) are a plus
