This is a full-time remote role for a Software Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, assisting clients in troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of OrgChart software. You will collaborate with other departments to resolve technical challenges, analyze user-reported issues, and communicate solutions effectively to clients. Your role will help ensure an exceptional user experience for our customers.
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively
- Outstanding Customer Support and Communication skills to address client needs and convey technical information clearly
- Analytical Skills to evaluate problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Familiarity with HR and organizational workforce tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
