Product Maker – Payments & AI Integrations

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on Product Maker to design, build, and launch innovative digital products focused on payments, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences. This role blends product management, rapid prototyping, technical execution, and customer-centric innovation.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can independently turn ideas into working prototypes, and is comfortable operating across strategy, design, engineering, and delivery. You will lead the creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs), MVPs, integrations, and scalable product solutions while leveraging modern AI technologies and payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product creation lifecycle from ideation through MVP and production launch.
• Build rapid prototypes, POCs, and MVPs to validate product concepts quickly.
• Design and implement integrations with payment platforms, APIs, fintech providers, and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, LLMs, automation frameworks, and agentic workflows to improve products and internal operations.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable product and technical solutions.
• Work directly with developers and architects to define requirements, APIs, workflows, and technical feasibility.
• Create product roadmaps, user stories, wireframes, workflows, and success metrics.
• Drive experimentation, user feedback collection, iteration, and product-market fit validation.
• Support go-to-market readiness including demos, pilot programs, customer onboarding, and stakeholder presentations.
• Stay current on payment technologies, embedded finance, fintech trends, AI innovation, and integration best practices.
• Operate with a builder mentality — willing to “get hands dirty” across product, implementation, testing, and execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Engineering, Innovation, or related roles.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products, MVPs, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, fintech integrations, APIs, and transactional workflows.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineers and understand system architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, automation tools, or AI-enabled product development.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile, startup, or innovation-driven environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and move quickly from concept to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payment providers such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or embedded finance platforms.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, cloud platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience using AI platforms such as OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, commerce, marketplaces, or enterprise integrations.
• Coding or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.
• Experience building internal tools, automation platforms, or AI copilots.
